We vigorously test all our non-GMO heirloom seeds to ensure high germination rates.

If your seeds fail to germinate within 60 days of planting, we will gladly issue a FREE replacement or a 100% FULL REFUND.

To claim your Germination Guarantee:

Email us at johny@kakaseeds.com with your order number.
Provide a brief description or a photo of your planting setup.
Our support team will process your replacement or refund within 24 hours—no need to ship any sprouted or opened seed packets back to us!

📦 30-Day Return Policy for Unopened Items

If you change your mind, you may return any unopened, unused seed packets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at johny@kakaseeds.com with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

💳 Refund Processing

Once your return or guarantee claim is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 3-5 business days.
